Order Confirmation and Production Time
Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please note that all custom sneaker orders require a production time of approximately 1 week to complete.
Tracking Information
Once your order is ready for shipment, we will send you a separate email with your tracking number and relevant details.
You can track your order by clicking the tracking number provided in the email. Please note that there may be no updates while your parcel is in transit, as this is dependent on the courier service.
