Production Time
As our products are customised, production takes approximately 1 week.
Please note that production may take slightly longer during periods of high order volume. We recommend placing your order in advance to allow sufficient time for production and delivery.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees will be shown at checkout based on your delivery destination.
Estimated Delivery Time
- West Malaysia: 2-3 business days
- East Malaysia: 5-7 business days
- International Orders: 3-14 business days, depending on the destination country
