Warranty and Refund Policy
At Edna Creationz, every customised product is made specifically according to your selected design and customisation requirements. Please review your order details carefully before placing your order.
Order Changes
Customers are required to review their order details and notify our team of any errors or requested changes within 1 hour of placing the order.
This includes:
- Product, size, or variation selection
- Quantity
- Names or spelling
- Colours, logos, or other customisation details
No changes can be made after the 1-hour correction period, particularly once the order has been processed or production has started.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
As customised products are made specifically for each order, we do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds due to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product, size, or variation selection
- Incorrect information or customisation details provided by the customer
- Changes to design or customisation requirements
- Failure to notify our team of any errors within the 1-hour correction period
Product Quality
Our customised products are not covered by a general warranty.
However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, customisation error, or issue caused by an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please provide your order number together with clear photos or videos of the issue. Our team will review the case and determine the appropriate resolution based on the nature and severity of the issue.
Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Partial refund
- Full refund
Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. The decision on whether a refund is appropriate, as well as the applicable refund amount, will be determined after reviewing the issue and supporting evidence.
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method used for the order to ensure proper tracking of the transaction.
Product Care
Customised products are subject to normal wear and tear depending on usage and playing conditions.
Damage or fading caused by regular use, rough surfaces, improper handling, or outdoor play is not considered a product defect and is not eligible for a refund or replacement.
Policy Updates
Edna Creationz Sdn Bhd reserves the right to update this policy from time to time. Changes will apply to orders placed after the updated policy takes effect.
