Warranty Policy

At Edna Creationz, we take pride in delivering high-quality, customized sneakers designed to fit your unique style. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer the following warranty for our custom sneakers:

 

  Warranty Coverage:

Our custom sneakers are covered by a 3-month warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty applies exclusively to the custom artwork and workmanship done by Edna Creationz Studio and covers the following:

  • Peeling, cracking, or fading of custom artwork or designs
  • Any issues related to the stitching or construction performed by Edna Creationz Studio

Please note that this warranty does not cover the original sneakers themselves, including the materials, soles, or structural elements provided by the shoe manufacturer.

 

 Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper care, or neglect (e.g., harsh chemicals, or rough conditions)
  • Changes in appearance due to normal wear and tear (e.g., scuff marks, sole wear, discoloration)
  • Damage resulting from third-party modifications or alterations to the sneakers
  • Customizations are altered or damaged after delivery
  • We do not provide exchanges for shoe size once the order is confirmed and payment has been processed. Please ensure you choose the correct size at the time of order.
  • Any issues with the sneaker materials, including soles, stitching, or general shoe construction, as provided by the shoe manufacturer.

 

 Warranty Claims:

If you believe your customized sneakers have an issue covered under warranty, please follow these steps:

1.    Contact our customer support team at ednacreationz@gmail.com or Whatsapp

+6011-5142 2110 with your order number and photos of the issue.

2.    Provide a brief description of the problem, including any specific concerns related to the customization or product quality.

3.    Our team will review your claim and may request additional details or return of the product for inspection.


 Resolution:

If the warranty claim is approved, we will offer to repaint or repair the defect at no charge. Please note that we do not offer refunds or replacements under any circumstances.

 

 Postage Costs:

  • All postage costs for warranty claims will be borne by the customer.
  • Alternatively, you may choose to send the shoes directly to our studio located in KL, Malaysia.
  •  We will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.

 

 Care Instructions:

To maintain the integrity of your custom sneakers and ensure longevity, we recommend following our care instructions:

  • Avoid soaking or machine washing them.
  • Avoid contact with nail polish remover / alcohol / wet tissue containing alcohol.
  • Use a soft, damp cloth for cleaning.
  • Store them in a cool, dry place to preserve the design.

Edna Creationz Sdn Bhd reserves the right to modify or update this warranty policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers through appropriate channels.

 

Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final. Once an order is confirmed and production has begun, we are unable to offer refunds. This applies to:

  • Changes of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Design choices

However, if there is an issue with the workmanship or painting quality of the customization, please refer to our Warranty Policy for resolution options, including repairs or repainting.
